Send Designs to 3D Print

ENROLLED MSU STUDENTS & FACULTY ONLY: Do you have a design ready to 3D Print? You came to the right place.

From anywhere on or off campus, you can send your digital design to the MIX Lab to 3D Print. Then come by the lab, SBUS 014 to pick it up when it is ready.

Below you will find screencasts detailing the process to prepare, slice and send your digital file to the MIX Lab so we can 3D print it for you. When it is ready you will receive an email indicating it is ready for pick up.

Software To Send 3D Prints to MIX Lab to Print

Software

The software the MIX Lab uses to receive 3D-print requests is 3DPos. It is free to all users with a Montclair State University Net Id.

• Please note: You must use the SSO tab to login.

• This software is for Montclair State University students, faculty, and employees.

• Details for logging in are in the screencast in the next section.

TUTORIALS TO send YOUR PRINTs

The MIX Lab uses the software platform called 3DPos to accept 3D Print requests. All prints must be sent via 3DPos.
